This picture was taken a year ago, during our CAT Grad Practice when I was still in High School. That’s me on the left, with one of my best friends, Cam. We kind of lost touch during our Junior year and I was really glad that we patched things up before ending our Senior year.

        She’s like a sister to me. I could tell her everything without hesitation because I know she would understand. But things just suddenly fell apart. She grew into this rebellious girl so I had to stay away from her. I did try to talk to her, make her feel that I am willing to understand whatever it is, that she’s going through, but she just kind of shut down everybody else.

        We’re okay now, we still message each other from time to time, just to catch up. We also promised that we’re going to hang out as soon as our scheds are settled.

        I don’t live in the past. I’m happy that it all happened because it only made us know each other more. I’m just sure now that whatever happens, we’ll always have each other’s backs.
